Interesting article Karen. I've found that sometimes following up with a 'ghost' though, in a kind, curious, non-accusatory way, can lead to some really great conversations that lead to growth. For both people! As long as you're not hoping for a certain outcome, it can be good to keep an open dialogue. What do you think?
